Previous commissions

The payment will be made through Paypal, and the Artist will only start working on the commission after payment;

Depending on the commission, a payment plan may be arranged;

If the Client need the commission at a desired deadline, they must let the Artist know and it can be arranged;

The Client can request a WIP at any point of the process;

The Artist will send an update after the first sketch and the Client can request any kind of adjustments at this point. After this, only minor changes can be made;

At the end of the commission, a full resolution will be sent to the Client by email;

Refunds are only available during the beggining stage of the commission. This stage goes until the approval of the client on the final sketch;

The Client cannot claim that they made the artwork;

It is strictly forbidden to use the artwork for any type of generative AI purposes. Failure to follow this will result in a permanent ban of all possible future collaborations;

The Artist has the right to decline an order without detailed explanation;

No physical copies will be provided unless previously agreed upon. The purchase is of a digital file;

The Artist retains all right to the commissioned artwork and can display it at any platform;

The Client cannot use the artwork for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Artist;

The Client can use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes for 1.5x the base price. In case of projects like games, it will be 2x the base price;

The Client can post the artwork on any social media platform, providing credit to the Artist;

The Client and Artist cannot disclose personal details to any third parties without consent;

Paying for the invoice means that the Client agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
